While enjoying the beach, be sure to visit The Conch Café for beachfront cocktails, lunch, or dinner with stunning ocean views.

This beautifully decorated nautical-themed home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. A Perfect Landing

Pelican Landing far exceeded our expectations! It is such a pretty house from landscape to inside decor. We felt welcomed the minute we entered. The corner location provided it all with a lake view, sun patio, cool breeze, and a screened porch. The owners have put care and thought into providing a quality experience. We are delighted to have found our new rental for annual OSV vacations!

Had the best vacation and experience staying at Pelican Landing! Everything you could possibly need is included in rental! Owners & property manager were amazing and very responsive. Very homey feeling and doesn't feel like you are in a vacation rental property. We already can't wait to book for next year (and our 1 year anniversary, as we got married in front of the Conch Cafe during our stay). Definitely the best vacation rental we have ever had, and that's saying a lot !

The house was nice almost fully stocked with the exception of towels and bath hand towels. The kitchen fully stocked. The bedrooms all had tvs with exceptional entertainment and Wi-Fi. All the comforts of home and so thoughtful. We arrived with a welcoming note and some yummy snacks after a long ride. Clean and beautifully decorated. Also a sweet touch with a little toiletries just in case you forgot something. Definitely worth staying at and close to all you could want to do and yummy foods
