There was no problem with the spa area I would rate that good but putting old furniture and a dirty rug for the front room sort of puts us off .The room should have been better for the amount per night paid .

Terrible sound proof walls, I can hear ppl taking in next room and ppl walk upstairs. For a room at $400 a night , can’t you just upgrade the room with better quality wall? I couldn’t fall asleep till 1Am and then woke up at 4 :30 .

They hold onto 300 $ for incidentals- the walls are very thin and we had people staying above us that were so loud all night long- we got no sleep n when I tried to contact front desk no one responded when I asked for help to tell those people to keep it down they were loud and obnoxious. - there is no security I guess or after hours staff available

The room was clean and spacious. The service at the front desk was not good. My brother and my family have been spending weekends and week vacations at the resort since it opened. When he checked in, he checked in for our room also. We were told they were next to one another. Not even close! When I got to the desk, I was given our water bottles but they were not. What gives!

The hot spring pools were amazing as was the bath house building. Friendly staff, well kept grounds. Very relaxing! Staying overnight allowed extra time to access the pools and feel like you had the place to yourself. I highly recommend visiting!

Brown Widow spiders on patio furniture AND throughout the room! There were two brown widows that made a web on my yoga mat inside the room. Then I inspected the whole room and on both sides of the bed were brown widows and a huge black spider behind the headboard of bed. Brown widows all throughout patio furniture. We left a night early because the room was totally infested with dangerous spiders. Not to mention cookie crumbs, rose pedals, and garlic cloves left behind from previous guests that were not cleaned up. The property itself was beautiful but the room was hazardous, dirty, and very unsettling.

It said the spas are open 24 hours but they’re really not if you’re an early bird and you’d like to go to the sauna and the steam room at 6 AM well it doesn’t open until 10 AM plus the sun was under construction. For the price that you pay to go to resort, it was not easy access to the different pools

It always surprises me to see a hot springs resort in the middle of a city but what a sight to see! The resort is well laid out and offers so many different tubs and pools to choose from that you often feel like you have the place to yourself.

The pools were really relaxing. I enjoyed the clay cove and concrete hot soaking tubs. We enjoyed soaking in the morning and did water yoga in the Roman bath. We also soaked under the stars. The sauna is beautiful. Many opportunities to relax.

The room was clean. The bed was nice. Easy access to the property. Enjoy all the pools. Wish the property added an extra security fence to the room I stayed. Felt a bit uneasy when someone could walk into the courtyard area of the room without me noticing.

We had a queen room in the lakeside lodge, and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet. We didn't have to use the ear plugs at all. The staff was always helpful but it was sometimes difficult to reach anyone at the front desk. This was frustrating when we wanted towels but we ended up just getting our steps in and walked to the lobby. I'm happy that we stayed so that we could use the guest inclusive tubs. It was great being able to relax without a crowd and relax into the night. We love the coffee shop and were sad that the restaurant was closed on the days we were there. We are already planning our next midweek trip and will make sure to be there on a Wednesday. I love the resort and I'm suggesting it to all of my friends. Easy to get to and I'm thankful we have something like this in SoCal.
