Casa Museo del Trovo y Aguardiente welcomes you to Murtas—a rural house of 550 m² for up to 24 guests. The entire property is always rented to a single group. There are up to 13 bedrooms, opened according to your group size, and 9 bathrooms. All shared and leisure areas, such as lounges and the games room, are always accessible, regardless of guest number. The museum room will be shown to your group and then remain closed. You have three fully equipped kitchens for meal preparation, three wood-burning fireplaces, and both outdoor and indoor barbecue facilities. Amenities include Wi-Fi, aerothermal heating and cooling (underfloor), TV, and a hot tub.
Step out to the private garden and enjoy the open terrace with mountain views. A private barbecue is perfect for outdoor meals. The private pool is available for you to cool off during your stay and features a child safety fence.
There are 2 shared parking spaces on the property and free public parking less than 200 m away. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis: please contact us via the booking platform for confirmation according to your dates. Events are not permitted.
Each bedroom is named after a troubadour, visible in wrought iron above the door. In every room, you’ll find a "trovo"—a poem written by that troubadour. The verses are in Spanish and showcase local Alpujarran poetry, preserved in their original language to maintain their essence.
