The Altstadthaus is a stone house in Dalmatian country house style:

This beautiful old town house is an ensemble of three buildings. The main house is used for living and sleeping, in the small adjacent bathhouse is the bathroom with separate toilet. In the opposite former tavern is the second bedroom.

In the upper part of the house is the dining area, with an open kitchen and a spacious dining area, behind, the sofa area with TV.

An external staircase leads, typically Dalmatian, to the lower part of the house, into the courtyard. From here you can reach the bedrooms and the bathhouse. The konoba has a double bed, while the second bedroom has three single beds.

The house is located in the historic old town at the end of an alley with a beautiful garden and pool for sole use.

Das Haus ist genau so, wie es die Bilder und Beschreibung angeben. Sauber, mit Erstausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln, etc. Die Verwalterin vor Ort ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit (gleiches gilt für die Vermieterin). Die Entfernung zum Zentrum liegt bei 800m. Restaurants und Bars sind genügend vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Wir hatten einen total schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Murter. Das süße Häuschen wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man konnte sich wirklich sofort wohlfühlen. Für uns hat hier alles prima gepasst und auch der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin und zur Kontaktperson vor Ort war total unkompliziert und entspannt. Danke, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war super. Haben im Vorfeld eine sehr ausführliche Information zum Haus und zur Umgebung bekommen. Der Ortskern und auch der Strand sind innerhalb von 15 bzw 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl im Haus. Der Pool ist natürlich der Knaller!!!Vor Ort gibt es einen sehr netten Kontakt, der die Schlüsselübergabe macht. Alles wirklich topp!!!!Herzlichen Dank für eine schöne Zeit.

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet. Der Pool und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten sind wunderbar und von uns viel genutzt. Aufgrund der Hanglage eher für größere Kinder geeignet. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und mit der Vermietung war erstklassig. Murter ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit vielen Bademöglichkeiten, aber auch vielen Touristen.

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf dieses Haus und das erste Gefühl war „wie nach Hause kommen“.Vllt. lag es an den ganzen persönlichen Details die man überall im Haus und im Garten entdecken konnte und vllt. hat die unglaublich wohltuende Ruhe ihren Teil beigetragen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei und Ana war immer zur Hilfe wenn man Fragen hatte. Der Hafen ist ebenfalls mit den Restaurants einen abendlichen Spaziergang wert. Wir empfehlen eine private Sunset Bootstour und wenn man, wie wir, Glück hat, entdeckt man Delphine in der freien Natur.Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, wenn unsere Reiseplanung wieder Richtung Kroatien gehen wird, dann würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

entspannte Ferien

Ein wirklich toller Ort, um Urlaub zu machen. Das Altstadthaus mit seinem schönen Garten und dem Pool ist Traum. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, der alte Ort Murter (Selo) und der quirlige Hafen mit seinen Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir ein umfangreiches Informationspaket mit vielen Tipps. Toll!

La propriétée est exceptionnelle. Une belle maison centenaire pleine de charme et pres de tout les services. De plus elle est meublée et équipée avec gout. Wie jedes Jahr ging die Reise auch heuer wieder nach Kroatien. Dieses Mal auf die Insel Murter in dieses schöne Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Das Haus ist genauso, wie im Internet beschrieben, liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet (mit allem was man braucht). Eine große Hilfe war das Infopaket, welches wir im Vorfeld schon bekommen haben. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Beautiful Town House

This gorgeous house is totally unique, split over two levels with separate rooms off a central courtyard. It is furnished to a really high standard and was impeccably clean. It was equipped with every home comfort that you would need. The pool area, outside dining and cushioned relaxing area were where we spent the majority of our time. It was so good we really didn’t want to leave. Communication with Dianna, the owner, was good and any issues we had were resolved immediately. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Traumhaftes, sehr liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus

Wir hatten das Glück unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub im wunderschönen Altstadthaus verbringen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum! Ruhig gelegen und sehr liebevoll mit allem eingerichtet, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst-von schönem Geschirr und einer üppigen Gläserauswahl über die Spülmaschine, die Waschmaschine, dem Starterpaket in der Küche, einem gemauerten Steingrill, mehreren kleineren und einer großen Terrasse, bequemen Liegen und einem wunderbaren Pool hatten wir wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann! Frau Schatz-Bickel hat uns ein paar Tage vor der Anreise ein wirklich umfangreiches, sehr ausführliches Paket mit Informationen zu Haus und Umgebung und vielen Einkaufs-und Restauranttipps zukommen lassen-das war super! Überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit ihr sehr angenehm und herzlich. Wir können das Altstadthaus und seine Vermieterin wirklich nur aus ganzem Herzen empfehlen! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Ein zweites Zuhause

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Liebevoll gestaltet und so ungewöhnlich wie wunderbar zugleich! Leider hatten wir nur 3 Tage Glück mit dem Wetter (Reisezeit Anfang Oktober halt ein Risiko). Wir wurden herzlich durch den Vermietungsservice empfangen und die Eigentümer geben alle wichtigen und nützlichen Infos in einem umfassenden Schreiben aus. Die Insel ist herrlich und wir haben mit zwei Kindern eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Einrichtung und der toll angelegte Garten laden zum wohlfühlen und entspannen ein. Leider ist in Kroatien die „Saison“ bereits vorbei und man hat bei schlechtem Wetter wenig Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Die Cafés und Restaurants im Ort haben aber alle geöffnet und somit ist jedenfalls für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Wir kommen wieder und sagen Danke!

Ein perfekter Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Die Unterkunft vereint die traditionelle Bauweise der alten Steinhäuser mit modernem Komfort. Die Besitzerin hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zusammen mit dem neuen, sauberen Pool bietet das Haus alles, was man für einen entspannten Sommerurlaub braucht. Auch in Zeiten von Corona ein tolles und sehr sicheres Ziel für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub. Die Besitzerin ist bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar.

TOP Ferienhaus in guter Lage.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Altstadthaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Außenanlagen mit Pool in der Altstadtlage ein Traum. Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Mit dem Fahrrad und zu Fuß sind die schönsten Strände, der Hafen und zahlreiche gute Restaurants bequem zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung vor Ort und mit Frau Schatz-Bickel war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Altstadthaus ist absolut ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️empfehlenswert!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir haben Anfang Juli zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Vom Anfang bis zum Ende war alles perfekt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Das Grundstück liegt an einer kleinen Fußgasse und ist terrassenförmig angelegt. Das Haus, das aus mehreren Gebäuden besteht, ist sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und der Pool bietet herrliche Abkühlung. Wir können einen Urlaub im Altstadthaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben Anfang September eine gemütliche, wenn auch anfangs stark verregnete Woche in Murter verbracht. Das Haus ist gepflegt und gemütlich, besticht aber vor allem durch den liebevoll gestalteten Aussenbereich auf mehreren Ebenen und den Pool. Die Nachbarschaft war nett und freundlich. Seitens Diana wurden viele, hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen zum Haus, der Insel und Lokalen in der Nähe zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach den Regentagen haben wir die Zeit in diesem netten Altstadthaus sehr genossen und haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt.
