I reserved a jacuzzi room and received a call that they weren’t available. When I checked in I asked again and was told they weren’t available. I checked in Friday and two separate guests that reserved after me and checked in after me got jacuzzi rooms. The bed was hard, the pillows were lumpy and hard and people were running through the halls at all times

While the staff was friendly and responsive, the room was dirty. We found hairs on our sheets and in the towels. Also, everything in the room was sticky. We also were unable to find a vending machine to get water. We would not stay here again.
