Disappointed in this location.

The room was hot and humid. The air conditioner could not be set below 68 and it didn’t feel 68 in the room. The outside lights were very bright and lit up the room at night even with the both sets of blinds closed. I had a 50$ incidental hold out on my card and came down for a late night snack in their little store and was told I couldn’t charge it to my room I had to pay cash or card. So I had to put the snacks back and just went back up to my room. Not sure why they have to put a hold on my card for incidentals if I am not allowed to charge incidentals to the room. The pillows were terrible and I woke up with neck pain. We were so tired from tossing and turning due to the uncomfortable bed/pillows, the bright lights from outside lighting up our room, and the hot humidity, we did not sleep well and wanted to get more rest before we continued on our travels. I was denied a late check out even though I requested a paid one. I will not be staying here again in the future. The staff was nice, but the amenities and comfort were not there at all.
