Convenient spot for access to Bala. Very friendly and communicative host. We enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit difficult to find initially but once we were checked in, everything was fine. If you are not arriving by car and bringing your own linens, you will need to request linens, towels, etc. from host. They were very accommodating. Could not access the wifi and there is no TV, so plan accordingly if these things are important to you. We were there for a getaway so this was not an issue for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
