Pathetic hotel, never stay

Unfortunately, none of the rooms are clean, hygienic, or up to the standards. There is seepage in almost all rooms, there is no water supply from 11am till 2pm and one can’t bring their cars to the hotel. This is very inconvenient and we would like to seek your approval to have this reservation cancelled with full refund please. Issues: • You can’t take your car till the hotel and park it 1.5 KMs away – during 0430 – 1030 PM IST (WE HAVE TO TAKE OUR BAGS ALL THE WAY TO THE HOTEL) • Phone numbers from Google (also below) are not working • No water at the hotel between 11-2 PM IST day • Dampness in the rooms – picture attached • Smell in the bathrooms • Rooms not clean at all – dirty chairs

BAD STAFF

Only the location was good, rest everything was worst. staff didnt even knew how to talk or behave properly. food was pathetic. house keeping staff didnt even knock before entering the room for which even i blasted the housekeeping manager. will never suggest anyone for this property.
