Great views, location, pool and most comfortable beds on the island. Just missing ability to clean the property correctly and more regular pool cleaning

Great stay at this villa

Nikos was an amazing host and always there to help us with any queries we had (booking taxis, late check out, ordering food etc). The villa is a bit out of the way from the town, however, don’t let this deter you as it is a stunning place with great views of the marina!

We spent 6 nights in this property It’s 10 minutes far from town and 15 from airport You can park 2 to 3 cars outside It has an amazing open view on the New Port with no obstacles The villa has 5 nice rooms that can accommodate 9 persons Room1 queen bed with bathroom Room2 down the stairs single bed with bathroom Room3 and 4 has each has a queen bed but sharing big bathroom. Room5 is for those who like the privacy It’s located outside the villa and only accessible from kitchen door down 15 stairs, it has s king bed with open bathroom not too convenient to use as the kitchen door has no key lock from outside to access the villa, so you’ll have to go up 30 stairs and turn around to the main door, thing could be resolve by adding a key lock to that door, we end up unfortunately not using this room! The villa is nicely decorated in modern Myconian style It’s composed on multiple level, so be aware you must use many stairs to circulate inside/outside Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils to prepare meals Microwave oven cooktop iron table washing machine fridge with complementary wine bottle & dining table for 6 No dishwasher The reception area has Dining table for 8 seating sofa for 3, TV with international channels and a mini hi-fi stereo with Bluetooth The terrace is great with dining table for 8 and 8 sunbeds View is uninterrupted Swimming pool is large but not overflowed All in all the experience was great, Recommended place to stay in Mykonos

Belle villa mais prestation pas au niveau !

À la base c’est une superbe villa avec une vue splendide. Dommage que le niveau de prestation ne soit pas le bon. Ménage pas fait lors du check in malgré arrivée à 15h30 au lieu de 14hrs. Maison laissée dans un état lamentable (alcool, cigarette bières laissées en vrac a l’extérieur, 5 test Covid sur la table a l’interieur, vaisselle encore dans l’évier, préservatifs usagés dans la poubelle de salle de bains….etc. Non respect des engagements de nettoyage approfondi Covid. Nombreuses dégradations dans la maison. Piscine non nettoyée. Aucune protection autour de la piscine, chutes possible de 4 mètres de hauteur en contre bas. A proscrire avec de jeunes enfants. Chemin d’accès très difficile en voiture. Impossible d’envisager d’aller à Mykonos à pied. Pas au niveau de ce que nous sommes en droit d’attendre pour ce niveau de location. Mise à part cela le séjour a été un bon moment entre amis

Whaouh, presque parfait.

Magnifique villa tout confort. Superbe vue. Couché du soleil tous les soir. Grand et au calme. A proximité de commerces, resto et de l'aéroport. Seule chose a ameliorer et c'est urgent, cest l'accès qui est un vzritable désastre. Louez un 4x4. Il y a bien 100 metre de chemin de montagne non aménag. Trous, crevasses et rochers. A tel point qu'on se demande si cest bien là car aucune indication.
