Great property! Service disappointing

This property deserves to be top rated what with an amazing property, views and amenities. Unfortunately there were a number of issues with it. When we arrived the pool was dirty. Leaves and a sea of bugs floating in it. The pool actually could self clean if it was flowing over the edge but the system was switched off (probably to save power). The guy who did the checkin said a pool boy would come that evening and sort it but he never came. The next day and no pool boy. Also it was said that you would have daily cleaning service but again this did not happen. We eventually phoned the guy and then within 5 minutes service kicked in with three cleaners arriving and then a pool boy cleaning during the sun set. This is the time you wanna eat and enjoy the property as the sun goes down, not have staff there. Dish washer didn’t work. WiFi worked first day then there was a power cut and it did not come back on after the power was back. Whilst there was a power cut we were not able to leave the property with the car as the electric gate would not operate. The property is advertised that you get a private pool for your villa. However the pool is actually shared amongst a number of villas and apartments within the gated community. I get the feeling from our experience that if they can get away with not doing daily house cleaning and keeping the pool turned on then they will. They only started responding with a service after we phoned them to complain.
