Ground Floor:
Villa Kounoupas spans two levels, featuring simple yet charming décor that reflects warm Greek hospitality.

First Floor:
Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious dining area for 8, a double bedroom, a small bathroom, a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary creations.

Second Floor:
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. On your left, a bedroom with two single green beds comes with a closet, nightstands, and air conditioning. Next is the largest bedroom with two single blue beds, which can accommodate a baby crib or extra bed. The shared bathroom features a bathtub and essential amenities. Finally, the romantic double bedroom is bathed in soft pink sunlight through the curtains.

All bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the serene Cretan landscape, with olive groves, majestic mountains, and the peaceful rhythm of village life. A large, wind-protected terrace features a dining table and hammock, perfect for a mid-day siesta under the sounds of birds and cicadas.

Outdoors:
The swimming pool is located on the right-hand side of the villa, with sunbeds and umbrellas placed to ensure privacy. An outdoor shower is also available. The barbecue area connects directly to the house, with a spacious dining table nearby for easy alfresco meals. Guests have access to private parking, and the area is softly illuminated at night with solar-powered lights.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the villa except for the external storage, which is locked and used by the owners.
