お宿に不満はありません。 予約サイト（Hotels.com）のトラブルで、予約が取れていなかったことが判明。希望していたプランでの宿泊ができなかったが、お宿の方々の対応が臨機応変で、柔軟に対応して頂き、感謝しております。 予約サイト側の手続き、返金処理をお待ちしてます。

微妙。

タオルを渡し忘れている、朝食のメイン料理を忘れている。過度な接客はいらないので、最低限の接客をして欲しかったです。 また、部屋は窓の鍵がかからない、隣の部屋のイビキまで筒抜け、共同水道の蛇口をひねる度に響く音、、親戚のおばさんの家に泊まった位の環境でした。 リピートはありません。

滞在時間が短かったので、よく分からないところがありますが、食事を始めとして、とても良かったです。オーナーさんとのお話も楽しく、もう少し長くいたかったです。

Very good service and cozy environment

A very cozy house run by a Japanese couple who had been living in Geneva for 22 years. The owner/host/reception is a very nice lady who can speak English and French, while her hard working husband is in charge of kitchen. The hotel is 20 mins walk to the resort but she offers free service for lift from hotel to the skiing resort which is very helpful. She has discount coupon for skiing equipment rental and lift pass which help saved good amount of money. They run a restaurant which provide English breakfast and western dinner and sushi. We didn't have chance to try their dinner but I have heard from other guest giving good comments on their food. Need to make reservation for dinner beofore 10am. We all have good time here and highly recommend this place if you are looking for a family style accommodation in Myoko.
