2 BR Dog-Friendly Condo W/ Free Golf Cart, Pool and Other Resort Amenities

Come stay at this 2 BR condo in the highly coveted Savannah Shores complex located in the Arcadian Shores area near tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment and a short golf cart ride from the beach. The golf cart is included with your stay so long as you sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of your license, proof of insurance and a $250 mostly refundable deposit. For stays 3 days or less I'll return $200 and for stays 4 days or longer I'll return $150 (the rest I'll keep for routine maintenance; by way of comparison golf carts typically rent for $75-100/day and my resort/many others don't allow rental carts in them). The complex has first-class amenities including a pool, grilling area, tennis and volleyball courts and even a putting green!!! The living room has a mounted TV, fireplace and pull out couch and the 2nd BR has bunkbeds. The unit is fully stocked for your beach/golf vacation. Also there’s a 2 dog maximum and you must be 25 to use the golf cart.

Condo with golf cart

Great property close to everything. The golf cart is great to have to go to the beach and many nearby restaurants, bars, and shopping. The place was very well stocked. David was great to deal with and very quick to respond.
