No balcony (was told against HOA) however, other rooms had a balcony and a sliding door. The unit we had was just a tall window. No fresh air and we could see the pool and the people sitting right in front of the window. It was very awkward, and not what we expected when you pay for an ocean view. Put in a maintenance request, received an email that a technician will contact me shortly. Never saw or heard from the host or technician about the issue I had with the guest bathroom light. Also, I contacted the host because no wristbands were in my room for the pool. I never received a response about this and had to go to the front desk upon her return to get wristbands. The front desk representative told me to make sure I let them know that she gave the wristbands to me.

This was our first time staying at a different property in 20+ years as we’ve always stayed in the same rental house every year. The hotel itself was very clean, very well maintained & walking distance to shopping/attractions. Our condo, located inside the hotel was very clean upon arrival. I don’t have anything negative to say about our stay, but I do have two recommendations. The paint that’s used to paint the inside of the condo, was bubbled up & peeling off in a few noticeable areas. One being the back of the main door, I kept a box fan blowing toward the main door, not knowing the air from the box fan would cause the paint to rip off (where the paint was bubbled up) and bubbled up/peeling paint on the folding doors where the washing machine/dryer is. We also had a bolt to fall out from under the foot stool & couldn’t figure out how to put the bolt back since our hands were too big to reach inside the stool. So upon departure, I left a note with the bolt so it could be fixed. Overall, it’s a very nice condo & would highly recommend to future visitors. In fact, I’ve made this my favorite condo for future visits. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

The room was super neglected, old and outdated, not cleaned properly and so many things didn't work. Washer machine was broken, the TV in the room broken, ice maker broken. The kitchen was updated but didn't even have a toaster! So I thought I would toast in the over but there were no baking sheets or pans to do that.

This place is dated. Looks nice in photos but upon arrival you can see the imperfections and oldness. Let's do the bad first. The slider doors did not lock. No Beach towels. Paint on walls chipped and bathroom outdated. The parking is a little walk away but the parking pass has to be returned back to the room so you have to go back upstairs just to drop the parking pass off. The good, really good Beach access and a fair walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. There was an issue with our room upon arrival and we were immediately moved to another room before we got a chance to notify them, they notified us first which I thought was super nice. Pass codes were on all doors to building which made us feel secure. Overall, the place was ok but I feel the pricing was a little high for the quality.

I loved the view! The property was very nice. The few employees that we encountered were very nice. I just think they could have provided more information on how things worked and more supplies in the room to make our stay less complicated. The code I was sent by email to enter the building was incorrect (an old code from February I was told) We were never able to get the bedroom TV to work properly. We kept loosing internet connection. We decided to cook our own breakfast in the mornings to save money and we didn't have many items that I think most other places would have supplied like salt and pepper, plastic wrap, reusable containers for meal left overs. Only one roll of paper towels, no facial tissues and no cleaning spray to name a few. I have stayed at other places where they have an informational paper that explained how everything worked and all the interesting places to see in the area and all kinds of supplies. I left those places thinking Wow! they have thought of everything. I left this property feeling annoyed by our struggles due to the lack of supplies and info.
