Reception process needs a major overhaul and rooms had no USB or USB-C ports to recharge cell phone or other electric devices. (I ended up using the DVD USB port to charge cell phone).

Overall it was a good property, nice room. However, the parking garage was poorly designed, hard to access spaces and difficult to drive through. You may want to invest in larger mirrors so it easier to distinguish between oncoming car lights and the lights in the ceiling. You need to invest in blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Hall lights lit up the bedroom and made it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Room was clean, all appliances worked properly. Unfortunately the jetted tub shot water onto the wall and onto the floor. Room 909. Semi outdoor pool was clean and warm. Staff was friendly.

Overall beautiful clean hotel. I don’t think we were put in a “up to date” room as I’ve seen on some videos but the room was still very clean for what it was. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The washing machine was broken, they immediately came within 5min to fix it. Staff member (Brittney) checked on us throughout the 3 day stay. The pools and hot tubs were some of the cleanest that we have used while staying at MB. Definitely top hotel stays and would absolutely stay again!

We stayed at a beautiful two bedroom duchess from condo, and it's very clean and the only thing I would say is there wasn't extra blankets.But it was beautiful, highly recommend

The sofa bed smelled and needs to be replaced. The door could not be locked securely due to broken knob. The check in time was late (4pm) and check out was early (10am). Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
