Let me first say, its been several years since I last stayed here and the rooms are not the same. The walls could use fresh paint, the floor was completely swept, the beds were not completely made, the rug needs to be thrown out, the furniture is dated and lastly, check-in was at 4 but it took two hours before I could get my room key. #IssaNO #Horrible. PLease note, the ladies at check-in were very friendly.

Beachview was great .Room was dirty and dated, (crumbs on table and floor) beds where noisy when you moved . Soap dispenser fell off wall by sink . Hair in shower . Shaving cream on wall from previous people , tissue holder cracked and broken .Maid knocked on door before 9 am to see if we needed towels.

STAY AWAY. Bedroom mattress was terrible and the sheets and pillow covers were stained. There was a bad odor that started in the lobby and spread through out the building. The designated parking garage was 2 blocks away and was unclean. Don't recommend.

Overall we had a good stay, but it was not perfect. Check in was smooth and the staff at the desk was very helpful. We immediately noticed a fishy smell upon entering the room and the thermostat was set to extremely warm. We had to play with the thermostat some as it was set to schedule and it reset to the higher temperature once we left the room and we returned from dinner to a warm room. Overall the room was clean, but a lot of the sliding door for closets and utility access where either difficult to open or not on the tracks properly. The other issue we had was with the entry door not properly latching and having to open and close several times to get it to close properly and it did not close smoothly as you had to really put effort into closing it. The room we stayed in really needed a little maintenance attention. The property overall was clean and well kept.

This is a private owner rental. View was lovely, saw sunrise every morning. The floors looked clean but my socks told a different story. Lights did not work by the light switches. They did work by the knobs on the lamps. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure lacking, hot water great.

Clean, very comfortable and spacious room. Appreciated the little bonuses like a pitcher in which to keep cold water in the fridge, and the shampoo/lotion, etc. were in larger stay-put containers to limit waste. EVERY person who helped us with check-in or out, getting the car, and helping us with our luggage was extraordinarily nice. Like they're actually glad to be doing this job at this moment. We didn't have the chance to take advantage of the other amenities, but what we saw looked amazingly inviting! I hope I get another chance when I do have more leisure time. :)
