I stayed in an Ocean View One Bedroom King Suite and had a very good experience overall. Check‑in was quick, and the staff was friendly, professional, and consistent throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely welcomed. There are convenient unloading spaces at the entrance, though I was surprised to wait for a luggage cart during the off‑season when it didn’t seem busy.
The suite itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bedroom had plenty of room, good lighting, and a comfortable king bed. The bathroom was well‑lit with full‑size toiletries, great water pressure, and instant hot water — a standout feature. The living area included a dining table, couch, chair, and large TV with a DVD player. I also appreciated having an in‑room washer and dryer with detergent provided.
The kitchen had a full‑size fridge, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, and basic cookware. A few dishes were missing, and the microwave wasn’t working, but I reported that at checkout. Parking is in a covered garage across the street, which worked fine since unloading is available at the resort.
My 19th‑floor balcony had a great ocean view and was a relaxing place to unwind. I didn’t use the pools, gym, or restaurant, so I can’t comment on those areas.
Overall, the stay was quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable. Every staff member I passed greeted me, and despite a couple of minor issues, I would stay here again
