Although the building itself was ok the recliners in apartment were broken, there were stray Cheetos Cheerios and other various items showing up on the floor during our time there presumably from under the couch and furniture. We had a leak come from upstairs that soaked a bunch of our stuff, but no resolution. When calling to give review was told no one available. I’d stay at this building again just not with Hosteeva.

The room was nice. Not enough balcony chairs. A little outdated on some furniture. Not a lot of elevators. My issue was I had a problem making sure door stayed latched. And when I arrived there was no front desk person so I wasn’t sure if I was in the right building. Then we couldn’t make it clear on parking and even though we had parking passes in the cars, we got parking tickets for the wrong parking lot. No warning. Seemed like a scam because several cars were ticketed so clearly we weren’t the only ones unaware of where the correct parking lot was. I didn’t see any ice machines either. I thought the fees for missing pool wristbands and parking passes was a bit ridiculous.

Was cool for a week, the door code was iffy. And condensation would drip on us if we spent time on the balcony. However, the beach was out back. Literally, great spot, small pools shared from 1st and 2nd building.

It was at the end of the board walk so it was a little quiet, yet very close to walk to stores and activities. The property was clean. I wish there was someone at the front desk because we needed somethings but couldn't catch anyone at the front desk to ask.

The communication with Hosteva was great. There were a few urgent repairs that were taken care of in a super timely manner. That was really appreciated!!! Loved the layout it was exactly what I needed. The unit is a dated and needs painting which made it over priced!

The room was not ready even though we arrived 20 minutes after check in time. The curtains were missing hooks. There were not enough blankets for all beds. The sofa bed was horrible, I only opened it one night. I was told I would receive info on checking in 48 hours ahead of check-in. It was more like 24 hours ahead.
