Great staff, poor experience.

The staff has been very helpful and supportive and I’d highly recommend the customer service here. The stay however has been stressful as our neighbors in the unit next to us were arguing all day and inevitably arrested on cdv charges late last night. We also had someone highly intoxicated bang on our door at 1am after that first incident was over. Again this is not the staffs fault but an employee did explain that this is commonplace at this establishment and we’ve not been offered any accommodations in lieu of a refund or a free night to stay. My fiancée and I are in between rentals right now and it’s a stressful situation to begin with, waiting to move into our new home. Again, the staff and hotel is great for the price but the environment is not family friendly or relaxing by any means.

Service was amazing! Our check in/out was so easy and the staff are all so friendly. Down side was the booking said 2 bedroom (triple family room) and it was just 2 beds and a pull out. Also our balcony door wouldn't lock. We went downstairs and the guy said to use a chair to block it, so thats what we had to do. Indoor pool wasnt heated (ice cold) so we didnt get to swim, which is one of the reasons we booked a hotel with indoor pool.

It's what you'd expect. Older hotel - Oceanfront Myrtle Beach. No bugs -- clean. THey don't rent to locals so no stupid party crowds on benders. Close to about everything. Indoor pool wasn't heated == but is was February. For the price -excellent.

Pool and hot tub closed. Was not told. Heavy equipment construction. You could count the springs in the mattress. Charged 96.00 for resort fee and the "resort" was closed. Coffee pot, regular size, don't forget filters, coffee, cream sugar oh and a spoon. Worst motel I have ever stayed in. All dogs are welcome especially the big barkers. I would never stay there again.
