Nice, Affordable Place on the Ocean

Hotel seems a little outdated, but room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the ocean view - except for the fact that a large group of young people were on the beach and then at the facility next door, screaming drunkenly till well after midnight... not the hotel's fault, but truly annoying.

My husband and I booked a much needed vacation for 8 days and we enjoyed staying here so much! Free wonderful breakfast and unlimited really good coffee in the lobby. Our balcony was the perfect spot to great the sun and warm up every morning and the sound of crashing waves lulled us to sleep at night. We walked down to Molly Darcy's on two nights for drinks and dinner . The staff was friendly and helpful and they were busy painting and refreshing the place inside and out. The biggest TV screen I ever saw was being placed in many more rooms. Shopping and dining just 5 minutes away and easy parking right across the street. We intend to stay here again ASAP, it was a great break from winter.

The staff were excellent. They were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself needs work. It is somewhat run down. My room wasn't the cleanest. I ended up cleaning the counters and surfaces myself. The beds were hard and not very comfortable. They advertise an indoor pool, but it was full of bugs and debris, not sure if it was closed or what. The price was way too high for what we got. I will not stay here again unfortunately.

Everyone on staff was very polite and accommodating. Ocean view was great! Has that good, crisp hotel air conditioning. The layout of the two queen room with the bathroom in the middle and each bed having its own tv would be great for parents traveling with kids or for a business stay with a roommate.

The property has potential. With some needed upgrades it can compete with the higher star properties. Needs a bigger lobby. Repairs cosmetically througout the establishment will help and be more welcoming. Other than that the beach was beautiful and it helped that the rooms were oceanfront with balconies. But better upkeep is needed. Staff was friendly as they should be.

Room was clean. We had an oceanfront efficiency room that was quite spacious and the view was very nice. Staff very friendly and personable. The breakfast was simple fare but hot and flavorful. Bathroom and the room in general has been updated but you can tell that it is definitely an older building. Overall, a good value for the price paid.

The staff were friendly. The property was a little dated. But the ocean view was amazing. Definitely needded updating in rooms. Hotel offered breakfadt. Was really good. The 2 pools and lazy river were in good shape. Indoor pool was small. Parking was limitted in the front. Had across the street parking.

We had room 515. When we checked out on 3/5 we were fairly early because storm was coming. We had no hot water. We couldn’t take a shower. I stopped by front desk but didn’t see anyone there. I wanted to tell them about the hot water. One of the reason for the hotel is to get a shower in the morning. I reported it to the hotel and haven’t heard anything from them.
