Not super quiet but right next to the beach and that was our plan. Beds are good, breakfast is mediocre. Staff was awesome.

Staff was very nice. Doors in room had water damage and were swelled, so they were hard to open and close. Fold out couch was horrible, son chose to sleep on floor instead. People on balcony were smoking cigarettes and Marijuana so it could not be enjoyed. Parking is across the streeet from hotel. A giant 600 people party broke out on beach and went ine until the early hours before police finally came and broke it up.

The parking was limited and not all on site. When booking, you're not made aware of which builiding you are in. One lacks indoor pool, if you're there, you'll have to walk over to other building for breakfast. First shower I've seen with no soap dish. The shower head was also opposite of the knob/controls. There was no mirror outside the bathroom mirror. Although, we could clearly see the outline of where the old one hung previously. The sliding door to the balcony was not properly on track, so was very hard and loud, to open and close. The tracking to the door was also very dirty. I found a pair of the housekeepers keys in our hard couch. Definitely over priced for the accommodations. In need of upgrades. Oh yeah, the heated pools were not heated.

The property was mostly clean but you could tell it was older and had signs of wear and tear. It did not seem to be maintained as well as it should be. The rooms seemed clean but again, signs of no maintenance. The door to our room had to be slammed to lock completely. Maintenance was on the spot with fixing it. If you go, take a small fan to circulate the air as the A/C is inadequate cooling the room. The staff was friendly. The beach was great but gets crowded on the weekend so it is best to go during the week and before or after any holidays. The price they charge for the room is excessive for what you get. Can you say price gouging? I doubt we will stay there again.

I guess you get what you pay for lol!! Dont pay attention to the pics they are either taken when it was new and freshly painted or they are of another room in far away galaxy lol!! The staff were nice and friendly,the room was dirty holes in the curtain old furniture. Beds were nice and comfortable!! Air conditioning didnt work or was at least way to small for the room ended it up setting it as low as it would go and it was comfortable in the unit but not cool ,it was blowing right in front of the fold out bed we moved it and that let the air flow a little better ,took almost 2 days to get comfortable. Elevator was rickety to say the least lol and wasnt level once it stopped it was a good 6 inch step from surface to surface. We decided to leave early after 2 days booked for 4 and couldnt get a refund i was also charged some weird fees that i have yet to figure out what they were or are . No water pressure at all in the shower really just non existent. Rust on the burners of the stove sand on the floor so wasnt cleaned properly!! Overall the only thing i can say was it had a ocean view !! if you are just looking for a roof over your head while looking at the beach and having beach access then this is for you!! Otherwise i doubt you will be happy!! Overall not a good experience Overall no sa

The stay was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything we needed was there. The view was fabulous, the ocean, the pool. Would definitely stay here again, almost forgot about the breakfast every morning, delicious!!

A/C wasn’t working correctly. They did get someone out the next day to fix it. After refusing the fan that was offered for the night they did give us another room. Staff was a little rude, cleaning lady was extremely sweet. Play could use a little bit of an upgrade, bed comfortable. Nice location with easy access to the beach, I was a little disappointed that we didn’t get an ocean view room. Decent breakfast.

It wasn't the worst in fact it was cost effective , not crowded, the breakfast was good, Tiki bartender knows how to mix a drink, I would have loved to have a more ocean view but since me and my husband was on the last room on the 3 rdfloor we just sat our beach chairs outside our room and enjoyed the water view
