Nice property! It is Not ocean front As advertised. It is ocean view. I have stayed in Brighton units sense it opened 25 plus years . Unfortunately it was not cleaned. My sister stayed in unit three weeks prior and had minor cleaning issues. Plus a stopped up shower drain! And a mildew molded dish washer . A cleaning crew came and cleaned and the shower drain issued was repaired. It is a nicely remodeled, decorated unit . Too bad the unit is not properly maintained.

Beautiful Condo with great location

Kingston Plantation is a gorgeous neighborhood and this unit was perfect for our group that ranged in age from pre-teen to a couple in their 60s. The condo was immaculate with beautiful decor. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked I have ever seen in a condo and we were able to cook with ease! Access to the beach was a breeze and even though we couldn’t use the water park we found the pool and hot tub to be perfect for our needs. The beach was not crowded and you could walk to Apache Pier and you could even hear the live music from the sand in front of our Tower! Kingston Plantation is gated and you have to show your car hanger to gain access. We loved this added safety measure and enjoyed walking the grounds. We had no issues with parking in the garage adjacent to the condo and we were able to unload/load in front of the building using the provided carts and elevators. The location of the rental is perfect with Barefoot Landing a short distance away and so many restaurants and shops in close proximity. There is a Walmart and Kroger within 5 minutes for any groceries you might need. My daughter particularly liked that Tanger Outlet was right across from Walmart and was so close by. All in all, this was the perfect spot for a quiet family vacation and we already plan to return next year!
