There wasn't any luggage storage..we got in at 9am and had to sit around until we could get into the room...also I thought I booked a hotel room from the Camelot but found out after paying that it was a private condo...so we had to buy coffee filters etc....they also wanted to keep condo clean when they didn't provide broom dustpan or mop....and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 7 days....there was no counter space and had to use top of stove...the pots were not usable...

It smelled terrible was not cleaned before we got there tub has nasty ring . Door was broken so you couldn’t lock it from inside. Smoke alarm blinking bc the batteries are dead.

From the day we went to the hotel we had issues couldn’t get a hold of anybody didn’t have toilet paper for two days. The toilet was clogged took over two hours for someone to come we missed our show waiting around.

The room was ok. Enough room for two people max. It was not up to date as other hotels. The beds was not comfortable. The shower was cold, still cold after letting it run to warm up. Overall the area was quiet.

Nice location but disappointed with the rental.

The check in process was easy, parking was good, as was the location. The condo we rented is well worn and could use some intense cleaning and updates. While the beds and bathroom were clean, the living room walls were splattered with a liquid that had run down the walls and dried, there was a substance on the bathroom door frame and lots of dust. It was not pleasant. I will share that we made a call and someone came the next day to take care of all of these issues. The young lady was apologetic and quick to take care of everything.
