When i booked with your company. I booked a room with a stovetop and oven . So we cook cook Thanksgiving dinner we brought down. BUT at checking they said to get a room that kind of room it would costs me more.

The check-in was easy, the staff very courteous. The condo was clean, had all the amenities you initially need. It was simple, but very nice. We enjoyed staying on the first floor where we could step out and sit by the little lake which was full of ducks, geese and a couple of swans.

Kitchen had everything I needed and condo was very clean. The bed is extremely hard so I didn’t good good rest in it and the sofa and chairs were very hard but great great stay overall!

King Suite is basically a hotel room. Room was extremely damp. I understand hotels can be this way but they should consider a dehumidifier because the AC unit just doesn’t pull any moisture out. Tile floors were slippery with the condensation and all fabrics in the room felt damp all the time. Location is good. Staff is friendly. Ample parking and good pools/game room. Not interested in the sales pitch they try to get you to sit through. We checked out a day earlier. Just didn’t want to spend another night in that room.

We just got back from an incredible stay at the resort, and honestly, it was everything we hoped for. The room was spotless—you could immediately tell the staff took their cleaning seriously, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. The amenities really sealed the deal. Whether we wanted to relax or have a little fun, the resort had us covered with tons of options right on site. Looking back, it’s clear that the experience was worth every penny—the quality and convenience made the price feel totally justified. We left feeling rested, happy, and already planning our next visit.

it was very kid friendly. I have 4 children ranging in age from 14 to 4 and had something for all ages. Condo was very clean and staff was great. This is my second time here and both visits were outstanding.

Birthday Getaway

The stay was good overall. Staff friendly, property very clean. Pool area was well kept, clean and plenty of towels for guest. My only issue was that the bed was soft and was like a mound in the middle of the bed ... like it was not flat. I never slept in a bed that felt like that before. I did get a good night sleep and the pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay as we were celebrating her birthday. Would recommend this property to anyone.
