Step out on to the spacious wrap-around balcony and enjoy the most amazing unobstructed views of the entire coastline during the day and a beautiful sea of twinkling lights at night.

Our oceanfront 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom suite (2,800 sq. ft.) on the 22nd floor comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, each of the three guest bedrooms includes a queen bed and the living room offers additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa. Other amenities include a complete kitchen, whirlpool bath, bed & bath linens, HDTV's, free Wi-Fi / internet, free parking, full-size washer/dryer, and much more.

With covered parking and a 24 hour concierge in the lobby, staying at the Margate is comfortable and convenient. Only a minute walk away from the Margate Tower are some great places to eat. After a long day at the pool or on the beach walk over to the Embassy suites and enjoy some brunch or a glass of wine at the Coastal Grill. Need to get your Starbucks fix? Intermissions coffee shop at the Embassy Suites serves Starbucks coffee.

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, they do not have access to 78 Fitness, Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
