We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. While it is apparent that the property is older, check in was seamless, our room was small but worked, the view was amazing, shower had great pressure and beds were comfy. The kids loved the water park. Our very few recommendations were to update the kids splash pad area - it is leaky and felt unclean. The smell when you walk into the water park area is not pleasant, smelled like propane. Otherwise the staff were friendly the pools were clean along with the property. We would stay again.

The system was down had to wait almost 2 hours to check in. The host was rude although others were nice it made the process a bad experience. The dining for breakfast again a very rude hosts; however. The manager was very nice!

Balcony Rooms are totally worth it, heated towel bars, heated bidet toilet seats. The beach and pools are well cared for. No life guards except at the water slides. Elevators for each tower are accessible from the parking garage. Overall, very good experience for my family.

It was not the cleanest place. Other than that the place was nice. It was on the ocean. Close to a lot of things. The restaurant in the hotel was good. It had a nice arcade and really really nice pools, slides, lazy river, hot tubs.

It was an OK resort however the restaurant there and the service from the entire hotel was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting! Under staffed and the food was horrible so we had to leave for dining of any sort. Staff was very rude! Rooms had no cleaning service to change sheets etc!!!!

As a disclaimer, I’d like to note we visited this property during spring break so I knew it would be busy to a certain degree. However, the 2 hour wait to check-in, the horrible attitudes from hotel specialist checking in & the lack of empathy received unfortunately made this experience one I am not willing to do again. The communication was horrible during check-in. At one point a guest suggested water and snacks as we reached the one hour mark of waiting to checkin- the hotel manages did graciously offer those. Also, The carpet in the hallway smelled horrible, the elevators were ALWAYS busy. Even at odd times of the day, you were waiting at least 10 minutes. You can tell the hotel underwent room renovations which is great but other parts of the hotel are in need of a little TLC. All in all, I would suggest exhausting other options before booking this property.

The outside of our room into the hallway had trash and dirty laundry all the way down the hallways. The elevator take 20min. After 5pm you will not find any parking. When arrived we waited a 1hour in line to check in. Good thing is the kids had a blast!

The hotel staff was very pleasant the swimming pools and hot tubs were clean,!rooms not so much cleaning people never came in once in all 5 days we stayed had to sweep my own floor and asked for supplies. I requested 2 rooms when booked together or close for family but we got a room on 2 nd flour and 8th floor. Beach was nice and clean I give it 3 stars.
