recently stayed here and had a great time. check in is across the street from the resort so that is tricky but once you figure that out its no trouble. covered pool and area so if there is rain you have a place to hang out. arcade and restaurant on site. room was very clean and staff was very friendly. resort has normal wear and tear for being on the beach. would definitely stay here again. felt very safe with just me and my daughter.

The water park and swimming pools were great, our kids really enjoyed them. The room was nice, but the drain plug in the tub was broken and the bedroom door didn't lock. There was often an overwhelming smell of weed, but obviously that's not something the property can really help. The airport is pretty close, so you'll often hear/see planes taking off. The food at Loco Gecko was good, but the service was very poor.

This hotel was amazing! I had my grandmother and 2 children with me and we all enjoyed the amenities that the hotel provides. The kids loved the waterpark and slides so much! I enjoyed the hot tubs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will be staying here again!

The property itself was great. The kids loved it. The elevators were an issue. Not working on several occasions. We were also suppose to be part of a tour of the new property and have a chance to join the vacation club there. It was canceled due to overbooking. A little bait and switching. Several people had vouchers to use. We had zero. It’s a great property, don’t hurt your business with poor bait and switch tactics.

First room key did not work. For another room without full ocean view. Deck with pigeon poop all over chairs, table and ground. Room I ended up in was nice. Long walk from tower 3 through very loud equipment to get to ground and beach. Paid parking $15/night was a surprise. Staff were friendly, but scarce.
