Disliked: Cleanliness
Our stay was fraught with disappointments. We checked in on Sunday only to discover the next morning that the refrigerator and freezer were not working. We immediately contacted the host-early morning. The repairman came at the end of the day with a mini-fridge and merely unplugged the unit fridge, with the promise to return. He never did. The kitchen cups and utensils were dirty and had to be washed by hand (since no dishwasher) before using. The microwave handle was was broken off-we found it in a cabinet and reported it though it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The washing machine didn’t work. The balcony chairs were not as pictured-they were cheap plastic ones. The balcony screen door was not installed, but leaning against the glass slider. Handicap parking near the entrance was abysmal. Unless you have a motorcycle, or a very small car, avoid the 3 designated spaces attached to the building. We were required to haul our garbage across the street to a dumpster at the rear of the parking garage, although there was a sign posted on our floor “put trash here”. This unit seemed to be much less than advertised, and in a state of neglect and disrepair.
