The customer service was nice. The view oceanfront was excellent. The complaints I have is that there were dust everywhere. It looks like housekeeping has not been in that room in months. The TV stand had dust all over it the back boards of the bed. You still see fingerprints all over it and the comforters if you hold them up by the light, you see black stuff look like mode all in them, we did come the front desk for more comforters. They look the same. We just took them off the bed. Doubletree used to be one of my favorite hotels to stay in. I was so disappointed with the Doubletree conditions of the room

It wasn’t the typical double tree hotel that i was used too. The doors were connected directly outside. No restaurant or bar on premise. Overall, it wasn’t great! I love double tree but not this one.
