The room had clean linens, towels & shower and sink were clean. The rug was not clean, feet got dirty quickly after walking barefoot. The coffee maker was very dirty, would not use it! The hot tub did not work well at all, no bubbles when turned on; seems it was very low power, broken. I reported it to the front desk. The staff were quite friendly & helpful. We did not get an adjusted rate as I had planned on our first night there. The air fresheners in lobby and off the elevators were very strong, overpowering & gave me a headache.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was just little things like some of the building on the inside needs to be repaired. There was a crack in the wall above our shower and loose mirrors hanging off the wall. Our room was very clean though and all of the hotel staff was nice to us. Especially Anita when we went to check out of our room. The ladies in the kitchen were very nice as well. The breakfast was nice but I feel that there could have been some more options. I would stay here again if we went back to Myrtle Beach in the future.

We contacted Expedia allowed us to find the best prices at the best places. this hotel was clean and gave a beautiful impression. Wand was so helpful! she moved us so our view was even better than our original assigned room. We felt very fortunate. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could want.
