Great time good place

The elevator situation was not good. Stuck in an elevator for what felt like a long time was not fun. Luckily, I was alone and it was very early in the am. The tub does not drain well, and the recliner needs to be replaced.

The apartment was in a good location. Nicely decorated. We had a lovely view of the ocean. My only complaint was how damp it was in the apartment. Mostly the bedroom. The room had a musty , damp smell. Our cloths felt damp. Towels remained damp after use. Floors could have used a good wasking.

The 1 bedroom condo was ok as described. But they have on going rules and fees after initial 2 payments prior to arrival. The dog cost was an additional charge (we were not charged). We booked a 9 day stay. Unfortunately it was when Tropical Storm Debbie hit so we stayed away until 4 days later. Refund only happens when Governor declares an evacuation. Hotels stays were given full refunds. Two days prior to our stay we got another dog rule, “No dogs allowed on furniture”. We have a 12lb poodle. You decide if you want to abide by that nonsense rule. I would never have booked if that rule was known BEFORE booking. The property was like living at a kennel. Dogs barked all day and up to about 10:00 PM. There was a dog fight near the elevators which scared the other dogs. NOTE: We were on the 9th floor and could look all the way down to the lobby and see every floor. You could never tell which floor the barking dogs were located on. This property does not have a “don’t leave the dog unattended” rule which added to the kennel like experience. WE LEFT AFTER TWO NIGHTS And put our losses behind us. Addition costs……BEWARE.

Perfect stay!

This was such a beautiful property. I love staying at The Patricia Grand and have been many times but really enjoyed this unit. I love being able to bring my elderly dog. He requires medication daily and I don’t really trust that to too many people so having him with me is so nice. The unit had everything we needed and was so comfortable.
