Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the afternoon sun, overlooking one of the larger lakes within Magnolia Pointe. This peaceful setting is very private and a front row seat for our South Carolina sunsets!
*Pets are NOT allowed

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo
*1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 queen bed.
*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
* washer/dryer in the condo.
* Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
*Linens for each bed are provided.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (hanging by the door) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
