The property was in need of maintenance. We arrived and were given a key that did not work. After being told to return to the room and try again, twice, they finally sent someone from maintenance to confirm the key did not work.
Entering the room required a very firm butt bump to open the door as it sticks and is very heavy. Exiting the room would be almost impossible for someone elderly.
The toilet runs continually, so when you try to flush it, there is no water in the tank and it always required 2 flushes.
I tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and when they answered, they could not hear me. I used my cellphone to call and report the toilet issue and the phone issue. Neither were ever addressed during our 4 day stay.
We tried to use the oven but there were no numbers on the knobs or the stove to identify what the knobs controlled or the temperature for the oven. So, I turned what I thought was the oven knob by process of eliminating the burner dials, but it never turned on and did not heat.
We came home after a show one evening and all the handicapped spaces were taken. A security guard sent us to park across the street, but allowed another vehicle to park in a temporary registration space for the night.
Finally, I found 2 very small roaches on the bath mat in the EXTREMELY small bathroom one morning.
DEFINITELY find another location to stay, This hotel would be a NEVER again location.
