It was a nice enough hotel for the price. The ridiculous smell of skunk was overwhelming at times that was the only downfall. They was worried about smoking on the balcony but obviously the skunk smell didn’t bother them.

The property needed a little more work furniture needed replacing plus the carpet on the balcony chairs need to be scrub with 409 to get the grind in dirt out, small roaches this is why we kept our belongings inside our luggage staff were very friendly.

The location was good, however, there is no housekeeping service, I stayed there 4 nights so I asked to get new sheets, blanket, soap and shampoo, they said they will leave them out of our bedroom but never got it, all they left was a big bag of towels.

We loved the location and it was walkable to the Boardwalk and right on the beach. Staff was nice and friendly. It was a bit run down, but it served our purpose for a nice getaway.

Only good thing was the view. The room was filthy, staff rude and one door in and out is a FIRE 🔥 HAZARD. After complaining about the Motorcycles and owners blocking the door, we were adked to leave and that we would get a full money back and that didn't happen, still waiting for our security deposit. So much for putting photos in there, ut won't let me add abd boy do we have photos of that filth plus all the Motorcycles blocking the only door into the building!

This has to be the worse place I have ever stayed in. Negatives - bathroom not clean, shabby and very small. Kitchenette left a lot to be desired 2 cups 1 had a chip the other a large crack all the way through. No where to relax in evening, cafe on site does not serve coffee Positives - clean bed,

So they literally have flyers on the walls stating that by order of the police department you can not have people congregating on the street side. Bike week was supposedly the previous week. You couldn't get in to the parking lot or the front entry of the building for the large group of bikers and bikes parked there. Loud music and yelling at people walking and driving by. We couldn't open the doors to get the luggage cart in because they were sitting and eating right in front of them. Hard to park to unload because they and their bikes were scattered everywhere. As for the hotel, it is maybe 60%. It could be a great property, but they went about halfway with a remodel. Bandaid job instead of a real repair and upgrade. It's decent not great. Has awesome access to the beach.
