This adorable condo features a king bed en suite and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. It has a new 65” smart TV in the living room and freshly painted. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Arrowhead Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

New Year's getaway

Great place at Kingston. The condo was very clean. It had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The area itself was very quiet. Quick walk from the condo to the beach which made for some nice long morning walks.

A week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay and Terri was easy to work with and quick to respond. The unit was clean and decorated very nicely. The mattresses were very comfortable in both bedrooms. 19 year olds in second bedroom and they had no issues. We even used the pull out sofa one night when my other daughter came down. Kitchen is smaller than what we are used to, but that shouldn’t keep you from renting this property. I will say, there are a lot more cooking items in this rental than most. Anything you need is there. And it was nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent. I tend to bring the kitchen sink when we vacay but alot was there. So in case you don’t , you will have a fair amount until you get to store. Short walk to beach, but we did rent a golf cart from the Marketplace. Keep in mind, you cannot take these golf carts off the property. All in all, great place to stay 😊
