Experience this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath Villa on the 2nd floor of Richmond Park in Kingston Plantation. The neighborhood is surrounded by walking trails, lush greenery, and has a private balcony and peaceful lakeview. This villa has been totally renovated with new furniture, flooring, bathroom, paint, water heater, washer/dryer, and HVAC. The kitchen has been totally renovated with new, efficient appliances and is fully stocked, featuring granite countertops. The villa has a beautiful living/dining area. A private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground and of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps), and cable TV.

Free access to 3 pools (St James, Ocean front pool between North and South Hampton) and the Laurel Court pool). All Linens and Towels provided.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Perfect accommodations while visiting our daughter at college

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic long weekend while visiting our daughter at Coastal Carolina, staying at this newly renovated, immaculate 2-bedroom condo! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their property — everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the large dining table was perfect for our family dinners. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living room was both cozy and inviting — a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, Kingston Plantation’s proximity can’t be beat — just a short walk and you’re there! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be booking this condo again the next time we visit our daughter. Highly recommend!
