Found tags in the bed from Victoria secrets vent in the bathroom full of dust and my roomwas supposed to be a non smoking room but you could smell the cigarette smoke in the bedding. When you are a non smoker you can smell the different odors. Shower wall had hair strands. I expected better based on the reviews..

Experience was nice overall. Main complaint is the breakfast the hotel serves. They only offer boiled eggs, not scrambled. Little disappointing. Everything else was decent.
