I have stayed at the Margate since it opened 17 years ago, I rented 3 4-bedroom condos at the Margate this year, 2 were updated this unit was not original carpets, other flooring TV's small etc, so for the same price 2 were updated and clean this one was not.

We had a great stay at this condo! Check-in was very easy, and the space was large, clean, and welcoming. It’s just a short walk out the back to the beach, and there was always plenty of parking in both the front lot and garage. The kitchen was well stocked, and the location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions.The renter was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. They also let us know about a couple of minor maintenance items ahead of time, which didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
