GORGEOUS NEW RENOVATIONS await you in this bright, oceanfront three-bedroom corner unit on the second floor of the South Tower at Seawatch Resort, including new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new kitchen cabinets, new washer and dryer, a new 60 inch 4K Ultra HDTV in the living room, new wall-mounted flat screen TVs in every bedroom, new plush bedding, new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room, kitchen and dining area; new ceramic tile in the bathrooms, and new paint throughout the condo. Breathtaking views of the ocean and Seawatch pools greet you from the numerous windows in the living room and dining room as well as the master bedroom, or step out on the large wraparound balcony to enjoy oceanfront views and a morning cup of coffee.

The master bedroom boasts a large king-sized bed with a plush mattress, a wall mounted 40" HDTV, a private bathroom, an oceanfront window view and a private entrance to the large oceanfront wrap around balcony. Kids or adults will enjoy the large, second bedroom with two queen beds, also with plush mattresses, and a wall mounted 40" HDTV and DVD player. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and wall mounted 32" HDTV. In addition, the living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed, enabling the unit to sleep up to 10 people. The large newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and a blender for frozen tropical drinks! Relax in the spacious living room and enjoy the 60" 4K HDTV and Blu-ray/DVD player. The unit also includes a convenient new washer and dryer.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent the Seawatch condo last week. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The views from the unit are wonderful, as you promised. The condo is well equipped and the large TV was a bonus. It was nice to be able to use my iPod, as well. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed. I am now encouraging (he calls it "nagging"!!) my husband to get a pillowtop mattress!

We also enjoyed many local attractions throughout the week such as mini golf, Medieval Times, NASCAR, aquarium, shopping, shopping, shopping. My husband went fishing with a tour group based in Little River, as well. The best part was really spending quality time as a family walking along the beach and picking up shells. Life can be hectic so this "down" time was truly
appreciated.

This was an amazing place right on the beach! It was great for our family trip! The pools, beach, hot tubs and more were all within steps of the door of the condo! It was very clean, spacious and comfy as well! I would recommend for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Extremely clean, great communication with owner and a fantastic resort

The owner (Joe) was great to work with and very communicative. The location was great, tons of parking available, the resort was clean with friendly staff. The condo itself was clean, had everything that we needed and had more than enough room for our party of 7. The adults loved the hot tubs and tiki bar. The kids loved the lazy river, pools and shuffle board. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views

This condo was very nice. It was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had beautiful views of the ocean and pools. The pools and beach are just steps away too. Joe was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. We had two adult couples and three teenagers and there was plenty of room. We would definitely rent here again!

Spring Break Getaway

You can’t beat the view! Beautiful condo. Beautiful resort! We stayed 5 nights in March. The pools were open but were too cold but the indoor pool and hot tubs made up for it. Literally a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach. We are DEFINITELY coming back! 10/10

AMAZING! South Carolina is a favorite for generations and this condo is one of the best! 2nd floor wrap around balcony is right over the pool and so convenient having a baby with us. They have everything you need and a comfy decor. Host actually got a new highchair for our granddaughter! Owner communicates so well and cares about his renters! Thank you! Book this one!!!!!

Family vacation 2023

Joe was wonderful with communication and the property was just as advertised. There were 8 adults and my 6 year old granddaughter and we didn't feel cramped!! The resort had multiple pools so we never felt like there were too many people. The beach was just a short walk which was awesome!! There was something for everyone! This was an awesome condo and was a trip we'll always remember!!

Large beachfront condo - clean and comfortable!

2nd floor unit, balcony and master bdrm look straight out at the ocean, above the pool and hot tubs. The beach is just outside the pool area. Clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. Lots of separation between master bdrm and other bdrms. Everything was great!

4th of July week

The condo was clean and well stocked with towels Their was 9 of us from children to parents and grandparents. The resort had a lot of activities for both children and adults so convenient to walk out and be in the pool areas and short walk to beach from pool area. Joe communicated all the details in a very timely manner and his condo was spacious and was exactly like the description. The fireworks done by the resort was the best of have seen and we watched them from the balcony. I would highly recommend renting from Joe he was a great host. Thank you Joe for sharing you condo with my family!
