OCEANFRONT_EXTRAORDINARY- COMPLETELY REMODELED IN EXQUISITE STYLE- 3 BR 2 BA

Meticulous remodel with all new kitchen and bathrooms: new flooring, paint, decor and all brand-new furnishings.

You will love the Oceanfront views from the 14th floor of this corner condo.The master comes with a queen bed and its own bathroom. The master also includes its own balcony and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has a double bed plus an extra wide bunk bed. The living area has plenty of seating. The dining area is set for six and there is a counter to the kitchen that has three stools. This is a corner condo, so it has an Oceanfront balcony and two French balconies that are ocean view. The back balcony off the master faces West. There are four TV’s with one in the living area and one in each bedroom. The one TV is not on cable but is great for games, net-flex, you tube etc.

There is a one-time cleaning and a Linen Package which includes: beds made with supply of Linen (fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed) Towels (8 towels,6 hand towels,6 washcloths and kitchen towels): Bar soap, hand soap supplied along with trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. Also includes is one-thousand dollar accidental damage insurance.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and of course all the everyday appliances.

Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront. There is a washer/dryer on each floor by the elevators.

Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Large parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your luggage in and out.

Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the crowds. If you like the crowds on occasion restaurant row is 2 minutes. Barefoot landing is a 5-minute drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 minutes.

Host Frank Bennett did a double booking for our week. We planned our family vacation in Dec 2024 for July 19th-26th and it was double booked with another family. He did not help, nor find us a new condo to stay in for the week after traveling from Maryland 8hour drive. We paid for our whole vacation and had to find another condo while standing in their parking lot, with no help from Frank the host of this condo! He said it’s not his fault I doubled booked the place and said it’s vrbo and my fault not his, which is ridiculous to say that when he is the host! I will never book again with him and how he treated me and my family not helping with anything and this all happened at 4:30 when we were unpacking inside the condo already and the next family came in saying they booked this week as well. Frank ruined our family vacation that should have been caught before we even traveled or paid the second portion for the rental. It should have never happened and no apologies. Be aware!!

Quick Family Beach Visit

The location and the view are incredible. Plenty of space for a family of six. Areas of improvement would be a tankless water heater (hot water doesn’t last long) and updates to the kitchen equipment (pots and pans are very mismatched and some basic items, like a can opener, aren’t available). Our kids loved the pool area too!

The perfect getaway!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway. Everything was more than we expected. It was a quiet, peaceful stay in a beautiful location between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle. Highly recommend!

Great visit!

This was our 3rd trip, in 3 years to Arcadia II. We love the complex, the area, and close proximity to shopping and restaurants, but most importantly the golf courses!! This was the 2nd unit that we’ve rented from Frank and we have no complaints. Thanks for sharing your unit!

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend. Cleanliness was marked down by one only because the sectional came apart and there were a couple of food remnants under the couch that I think housekeeping should have gotten. This unit is beautifully decorated and feels very welcoming. We will be looking to stay again.

Great condo with a simple modern vibe!

Condo has all updated floors, bathrooms, and a large couch with lots of seats. We love the 3rd bedroom with the double bed and a bunkbed that has a double, twin and a pull out trundle. All of the kids can fit in the same room. While we were there the patio lounge chair broke and we couldn't find the bathtub plug. Frank the property manager responded right away and provided us with these items. We have been staying at Arcadian Shores for 30+ years and we have found a great condo that fits our family!

Golf Vacation

My Friend and I came to SC for a golf vacation. This place had an amazing view!! It was the perfect location to many golf courses that we played and allot of the restaurants that we loved to eat at. It had everything we needed and was very clean!

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out and in-between. Condo was clean, with enough space for 4 adults and 2 teens, and 1 kid. The location was great. My only recommendation is to add a few more bath towels. We will definitely be back at this condo.
