Excellent Bellmen and Valet service. Beautiful, updated rooms with a nice pool area. I only wish they had more of a organized resort experience for families with younger children.

Overall me and my wife enjoyed our stay. The only things we didn't like was that it was very hot in the lobby and where you checked in at and it was hot on the floor outside your room. Also the garage wasn't right next to the hotel. You had to walk or drive a block over to the garage.

Upon arrival one elevator was broken and the system for check in was messing up but Staff was nice and even with having the system messing up they made sure they did everything to make the process good smooth. Room is nice and fully equipped definitely will be visiting the property again!

Great hotel. Friendly service and sweet staff. Issue with elevators though and 20 min wait each time. Only 3 elevators work

The desk staff were rude and callede a renter just to get me to feel bad. I thought I was a Hilton brand customer. I guess it was some type of time share. The guy at another desk was a complete ass blown. He should not work in customer service. He sat at the dest closest to the bar and lounge.

Service great! Area great! Rooms decent! No issues. But I will say is the elevators can be a hassle. So many people so you might have to wait 5-10mins for a ride down

The property was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware, which made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony with the sound of waves in the background. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail, from extra towels to beach chairs. Location-wise, it was perfect—close enough to local restaurants and shops, but tucked away enough to feel private and quiet. We spent most of our time walking the beach, lounging with a book, and just soaking in the view.

Room was great but didn’t feel the amenities were great. Kids in the hot tub and pool weren’t supervised and throwing footballs around - just expected better. And I didn’t like the timeshare pitch I got at check in.
