Ocean Dunes Villas #15, short walk to the beach

Summary:
1st floor (ground), Small cozy place,close to the beach, can accommodate up to 4 guests (recommended for 2 adults and 2 kids). Located close to ocean boulevard, beach and all main attractions.
PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed .

The Space:
1st floor (ground) , efficiency unit, 1 bathroom, AC, flat screen TV, 2 double beds. Sheets and linens provided.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
*Pool is currently open.
*1 parking spot available. Motorcycles are not allowed. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than one vehicle.
* Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed
*No mailbox for this location.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
