There were urine stains on the pull out bed. The walls were scuffed, the front door wouldn't open all the way and the entire building needed a paint job inside and out. To top everything off the manager was very difficult to talk to.

I’m sorry, but my family and I have been going to Myrtle beach every year for at least 8 years. Hotel wise this was my absolute worst experience. The place states it gives you dishes for your kitchenette. But you literally have to go down to the desk and are very very limited on what they give you?! We ended up just buying what we needed at a nearby store. Let’s not forget about when we first checked in our room wasn’t even cleaned? It had ZERO towels, soap etc. there was sand in the floor (kinda to be expected in sorts with the beach) however there was also hair balls by the dining table. Not to mention when we used the stove only one burner of the four worked? They woke us up early one morning having us switch rooms due to the floor flooding. When switching rooms, they first gave us a key card to a room that literally had people sleeping inside of it?!! They fixed that giving us a new key card and room. Upon the new room it was actually very clean. Towels and all. The room over all was better the stove worked and everything. (Down fall the tv was way smaller.) OH and don’t let me forget about the pools smelling like straight up pee and was disgusting the entire week we stayed. The only “pool” clean was the small lazy river.. I can promise you it isn’t worth your money or time not even if you needed a cheap place like us this year. Look elsewhere.

Couldn't check in to hotel until 8:45 at night due to what they said was a water line break or something. No discpunt offered and in fact was denied when requested. Room was suuuuuper dirty. Hair in bathtub, handprints on mirrors, residue on muiltple surfaces. Hotel hallways and elevators smelled like portapotties, and the door to the room barely opened (it scraped against the floor).

Friendly front desk staff. They only clean the rooms once every 5 days and if you want it more frequently you have to pay a fee. The rooms were dirty there were stains on one of the comforters. The TV was broken and had to be replaced as soon as we got there. The screen door was stuck shut. There were no meals provided. The elevators stunk and were dirty. Towels had to be brought down to the front desk and then they would give you new ones. The garage had a bunch of broken equipment and trash In it. Had to go through it to access the beach or go around to end of the block. When coming back the elevator needed a code which was not provided to us so we had to walk around to the front door which felt inconvenient.

I booked the room because it had a balcony and a king bed at what I thought was a decent price. The room was gross, there was an indescribable odor, the balcony was barred up, the bed cover was stained, it was sandy under the cover, the floors were slippery, the pool looked gross, the ceiling above the bed was peeling, the elevators were dirty. All around, I will never book at this hotel again.

When we pulled up to the property there is not a big enough professional sign posted for people to find the resort. Parking is so small and tight only 4 cars at a time can pull up but have to be in and out because you end up getting blocked in or you cant get in. How they charge you for your stay is ridiculous. You have to pay if you want your room clean you have to ask for towels then exchange them out for new ones. Why is there a kitchenette in the room if you have to pay for cooking supplies and hope there are available. The hallways were so dirty our room was not properly cleaned before we arrived. We could barely open the sliding door. The screws were so loose the handle came off and we had to aak for maintenance 4 times before someone came 3 hours later. Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff was absolutely terrible. Was supposed to get a refund for the first night because they put me in a room way smaller than the room I was supposed to get because of “maintenance”. When I talked to the manager he looked at me like a deer in headlights and didn’t know how to respond was supposed to get a call back for days. Every time I called they said he was on break no one stays on break all day lol. They are liars and my family had a terrible time.
