We literally seen no staff members. We checked in online and received a code to get it. Went very smoothly. was happy with the check in. Room was great. The third room in this condo shouldn't be considered a room. It's more like a closet. no blinds and really sketchy to leave children in due to anyone outside the window literally being able to see straight through the window. really clean but the property could use a little update, there was only one vending machine that we seen and it barely worked. indoor pool area could use a little TLC

The only positive thing about this room was the view. Starting with the door, we thought we had the wrong code, but found out it just needed an extra hard push. I reported this and the back door handle that was loose, and was told they would notify the maintenance staff, nobody ever showed up. The room was okay, not at all what we expected. The kitchen was good, we cooked a couple of meals in it. It was missing a can opener so we purchased one and left it. The bathroom was horrible and small. There was trim falling off of the cabinet and there was paint peeling off behind the toilet next to the shower. There were holes in the walls where pictures used to be, and the popcorn ceiling had areas where it was peeling off. Traveler beware because they show very beautiful pictures of other rooms. I did complain about the room hoping they’d move us, but that wasn’t ever offered. Consequently, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The area around this place was rough with boarded up buildings adjacent to the property. Surfside was much nicer than this area.
