I've been staying here for years and the Prince always exceeds expectations. Very clean, quiet with a gorgeous unobstructed ocean view. Very spacious and well-maintained. Excellent service. 2 restaurant option and lots of amenities. I always feel very safe here.

Check in was very clunky. There was a trainee assisting me. He was not very proficient with the process. His trainer was visibly frustrated and irritated with him. It came through in her tone and body language.

My toilet was broken for my whole stay 4 days. Bathroom floor had toilet water on it. Called twice to have fixed. They sent someone to fix after my checkout

The sraff on getting back to you when needing something was on point! Roo was nice and clean. Parking garage was tight plus they had alot of parking roped off.
