We stay at Sands Beach Club every year, but 1st time in this condo. Love the location, the beach, the pool, etc. Condo was okay, but we waited almost two extra hours to check in because the cleaning crew had not finished our rental by the 3pm check in time. The cleanliness left a little to be desired. Pictures attached: Filthy rug in main bath room (this was taken day of check in, and before we had the first shower. Didn't use it for our showers), very dust louvers, and yuck on stove door.

The view was excellent. The condo was NOT clean: sand on floors, hair on bathroom floors and in bin under sink. NO toilet paper; not good with late arrival. Walls, doors and switch plates soiled. No map and building was not marked; VERY difficult determining if we were in the correct place when arrived. Inadequate linens; need to include kitchen towel/dishcloth and bathroom hand towels and bath mat.

This was a great stay for our annual trip. House was comfortable and adequately equipped. Beautiful views. Would have been great if this unit came with linens.
