The beds were great. I loved how the one bedroom had doors separating the bedroom from the kitchen and living room area. Very helpful when you need extra sleep but famly wants to be up. Just close the door and problem solved! Can't wait to come back. Room had everything we could need including kitchen utensils. Wonderful bath tub with jets. I just love this place. Best place I've ever been. Even the security was extremely nice and personable. Had some lovely chats. Front desk was always very helpful and accommodating. They even moved some people around so we could stay longer. I cant speak highly enough of this resort! I wish I could hug the building and never leave lol. Wonderful people!

Great place, clean, comfortable. Front desk could have been a little more helpful, but overall were pleasant. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is the walls seem thin and you could hear people in the next room and hallway. Regardless I would definitely stay again.

Bed was nice, pillows were just ok. Not enough bedding the first night. Property states no smoking but most of the time when going out onto balcony we can smell cigarettes as well as pot, multiple times during the day and evening. People always hanging outside the elevators especially at night and always smoking. Our room started to smell after few days of staying there. The in room washing machine we believe was where the smell was coming from as well as washer sounded like it was going to give up at any moment. The center piece fell apart during one of the washes and was able to put back together. The hot and cold do not work properly for the sink in our bathroom as well as the kitchen sink and especially the bathtub faucet. Not to knitpick but no spool for toilet paper so you have to make sure you do not drop the roll when floor is wet after kids take bath/showers. The center elevator always sounds like something is not aligned properly and at times when using that elevator just hoping something does not fail or jamb. At times during our stay the pool did not seem to be kept up on with filter cleaning out. There would be times a bunch of debris or chunks of hair were floating in it. For the amount of money that we paid to stay here expected a bit more than what we got. Overall we had a good time but not sure we would stay at this location again.

Pretty good room - Murphy Bed Not comfy.

Had a great time. The staff was pleasant enough. Pool/hot tub open to 11Pm. Plenty of chairs to sit in the room. Towels were readily available and we went through many. Only complaint, they should not advertise the Murphy bed as an actual bed. The mattress must be 25 years old. Sunk in the middle. Hurt my back so bad that I could barely walk the next day. I slept on the very firm loveseat with my legs hanging over the edge for the rest of the week. Incredibly, that was more comfortable than that drop-down bed. Of note - their pool operator seems to have a very difficult time getting one of the pools clear. It was cloudy the entire week. I’m assuming they checked the levels and found it to be safe. Other than that, the pizza place right outside was very good. The little beach bar next-door was very laid back and had a pool table. It was well situated to be able to walk to the banana boat rides, the family, kingdom, amusement park, and the wicked tuna at the pier. My Ocean front 1 BR + Living room had two air-conditioning units in it. Able to keep it FREEZING in 95degree heatwave. The bedroom with the two queen beds closed off with a door from the kitchen. The living room also had a door to close off from the kitchen and provided multiple areas with plenty of privacy. Quick elevators & never had to wait. Plenty of luggage carts available at any given moment. After adjusting to parking across the street, it was easy to load/unload then park & walk back. I

The view was the best thing about this hotel. The online pics did not reflect the hotel. We kept the light on in the bathroom due to the roaches scattering around when we flicked the light. We kept going to the lobby to get our room key card activated because anything it touches it deactivates. They tried to do some updates in the room, but the furniture looked old & rundown. The hotel staff was pleasant. The bathroom towels were cheap & pieces of frayed towel remains on your body when you dry off. The wish the room had a full length mirror. The kids really enjoyed the pool area , but the beach was grungy, we found cigarette butts in multiple areas & I know the hotel can’t control that. The hotel did have security on staff at different times to try & keep the riff raff out. Overall I would not stay again or recommend this hotel.
