Cleanliness Issues

Property would have been great if not for issues with cleanliness when we arrived. Floors were so dirty they left my toddlers feet and legs covered in black soot when we let him crawl for a few min. We ended up mopping the floors our first day. Trash bins outside were completely full when we got there so we had no place to put our trash from the weekend. Reporting these issues to the company felt really disingenuous and somewhat robotic when they responded.

My small group of friends rented this house to have somewhere to stay for the Food Truck festival. Upon entering, the house is clean, spacious, and welcoming. The area is residential, but that is what we prefer. We're older and don't need to hear all the noise from staying oceanside. Being on the ocean isn't that important to us. The beach is just a 5 min drive away. You can be at Broadway at the beach in 2 minutes. Communication with the Vacasa team was effortless. They ensured my approvement of the house as well as provided a contact number if there was anything I needed in which to talk to someone. One of my friends even said the water pressure was magnificent! I've been looking for another rental to stay in since my previous one went off the market a few years ago. Suffice to say, this is a great new rental to get next time I come to the beach! I'll be back!
