Some front desk staff ,cold demeanor. Bell hop excellent and breakfast staffmember very friendly. Access to breakers indoor pool,bathroom smelled of urine and poor maintenance. Our oceanfront suite was more like side front. No ventilation in bathroom. Room service does not vacuum unless you request it. Common areas are not cleaned well during main hours of 8-6. I skimmed the lazy river a few times myself due to cockroaches. All being said kids had a blast bc they look past all these things. Had I not had to clean some tables to have a table to eat at w my family & skimmed pool area so my kids werent swimming w cockroaches I’d give a higher rating
