The overall stay was okay. The property was very dirty. The floors were sticky, counters were dirty, the utensils had stuck on food, the furniture was noticeably dirty. The first impression was not the best. But the location was good. Just a short walk to the beach. Our neighbors were VERY loud. We had 2 different families stay while we were there. They were up late at night and it sounded like they were stomping up and down the stairs until all hours of the night. I know this isn't at fault of the property but it was very disappointing. I will not be booking a duplex again. I have 2 boys that stayed in the bunk bed room. The bunk bed was very unsturdy. So bad that my boys didn't fell safe sleeping on the top bunk. Jim was very nice to work with. We had left a very important piece at the property and Jim was quick to contact the cleaning crew. I also contacted the cleaning crew and was able to get it taken care of.

We saw roaches when we entered the bathroom, kitchen and more when we open the dishwasher. I informed the host and he called an exterminator who came the next day. He exterminated and laid out traps but still saw two the next and third day. I bought supplies and cleaned but there was this unsettling comfort that everything was infested no matter how much I cleaned.

5 Stars – Fantastic Stay for Our Softball Nationals TripWe had a great stay at Jim Qi’s place while in town for the Triple Crown Nationals. From the start, communication was top-notch — Jim texted us a week in advance with all the check-in details, and followed up the day of with his personal number and email along with the access codes, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The AC was cold and easy to adjust at night, which made sleeping super comfortable. There were 4 great beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast, reliable internet — perfect for both relaxing and staying connected.Location was excellent — just 2 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the softball fields. Parking was easy, with two spots under the unit and an extra one on the main pad. I drive a large truck and had no problem parking.My wife loved being able to run right from the house and mapped out a nice 2-mile loop. Plus, there were plenty of food options in every direction, making it easy to grab a bite no matter what we were in the mood for.Highly recommend this property — we’d absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful home

This was a wonderful home to stay in during our vacation time in Myrtle Beach. My family of 5 and my mother and father-in-law fit comfortably! Nice and roomy, but not too spacious. Not oceanfront, but about a 5-minute walk to the beach was perfect. It was immaculate and had all the needed kitchen items for cooking if you didn't want to eat out. We would definitely stay here again!
