This one-of-a-kind one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo on the fourth floor of Patricia Grand on the renowned Myrtle Beach is your oceanfront destination. This newly remodeled condo has everything you need for a fantastic vacation.

It has a king-size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen-size couch bed that can accommodate up to four people. The earthy beachy design of the suite entrance welcomes you. Sit on our queen-size sofa, which can be transformed into a sofa bed, while you unpack your belongings. With access to the balcony, you can get as much natural light as you like for whichever mood you're in.

Leisurely walk out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean views while sipping on a tasty beverage. The spacious kitchen area comes with an efficient countertop and clean backsplash, more cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. You can sit with 4 guests while cooking or eating pizza while chatting on our kitchen counter.

You don't have to go far at all, just a short walk to enjoy the sandy beach. Parking is available for all the resort's guests in the parking garage across the street. With elevator access, there's no need to haul groceries up multiple flights of stairs.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as all resort amenities.

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for our area, full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
