Hotels.com committed to give complimentory Breakfast, but once i reached hotel then they denied to give Complimentory Break fast. Room is bigger but there is no ventilation at home.

The property is good and well maintained. But staff is very slow and not courteous. We reached hotel at 8 in the night after our tiring journey from Ooty, still the room was not ready. They took 45 mins for check in. Housekeeping was never done in two days of our stay. We had to struggle to even get a water bottle from them. Very poor service.
