This particular Hilton, is a great location, it's right across from the aquarium and Olde Mistick Village. About 15 minutes after check in my partner and I were unpacking and I happened to noticed the pillows on the bed were dirty. They had little black hairs on them and felt crusty. We called the front desk immediately but it was busy, do we left a message with house keeping. 5 minutes later I get a text from a unknown number asking how are stay is so far signed -CC. It happened to be the front desk and they immediately took action and put us in a new room. They did fix the error, and we did appreciate it. We are hoping this was just a fluke thing because we've stayed before and this has never happened.

Great for the money
Hotel is absolutely stunning in lobby and meeting rooms areas!! Room areas need some repairs but still amazing! We found random hairs in bathroom not cleaned and no hand soap to wash hands in room. Worst part which we were most excited for was the pool! It was COLD!!! Kids lips were blue after 5 mins and wasnt bearable for the adults to be in to let them enjoy it. Hotel staff and treasure chest were wonderful!! And the IRONS was to die for!!

It was a nice hotel but the room was vwry outdated. The amenities, like restaurant and room service, was not great and the front desk did little to help. The pool was not heated and little kids were shivering after only a few minutes. It was clean though. Overall, the location was convenient and the stay wasn't horrible.
