The TV and the internet were issues for more than one room. Smell was musty. Bed was a metal frame with a hard mattress...an inflatable would have been more comfortable. Almost walked out, but was just too tired.

Staff manager was super rude and wouldn’t let the second adult check in AFTER I called on March 4th to add someone. The person on the phone said it was okay with no extra charge, took the second adults name and said we were all good. The day of check in, the second adult arrived the and the manager was being rude saying he wasn’t on the check in. Wanted to cancel and got no response.

There is an empty, former restaurant attached to the hotel which makes it look like it might be sketchy but the lobby and rooms very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The staff was very friendly too. Don’t judge a book by its cover. It was a very nice stay for a great price and close to the aquarium.
